BON Networks delivers smart directional antennas for broadband wireless communications. BON’s current product line includes smart antennas for Wi-Fi and mobile WiMAX applications. BON SEDAN can be integrated in all consumer broadband applications: notebooks, mobile phones, residential gateways and access points or USB/PCMCIA accessories. With support for variable applications (Wi-Fi, WiMAX, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and even UWB ranging from 2 to 6 GHz) BON’s directional antennas outperform conventional omni-directional antennas across the charts, delivering between 10 dB to 20 dB more SNR. The SEDAN product line uses patent pending phased array technology with inherent MIMO 2X2 support for maximum wireless efficiency. In addition, unwanted interference is lowered by as much as 30dB and spectral efficiency is significantly increased at the client device level. Better SAR results and improved impedance mismatch behavior are an added bonus for all broadband devices.
