Gil Levi, President & Founder

Mr. Gil Levi has over twelve years of experience in R&D development, concentrating mainly on the communications market. He has led development teams in both RF systems and optical communications systems, developing products from an idea to a working product. This includes development of semiconductor mixed signal chips and specialized antennas, and auto-configuration protocols for automated dynamic communications networks.
Mr. Levi also developed real-time image processing stations for the Israeli Aircraft Industries, interfacing with various systems to deliver superior capabilities to existing equipment.
In his military service he served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force commanding over a communications and navigations maintenance platoon.
Mr. Levi holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel.


Gili Meyuhas, VP R&D & Co-Founder

Mr. Gili Meyuhas has over eleven years of experience in R&D development, concentrating on technology-leading communication markets. He has led development teams in both communication systems and CPU development, developing ASIC products and prototypes. This includes ASIC management and development of semiconductor wireless systems, architecture leading and development of physical layers on multi-antenna platform, architecture and development leading of UWB PHY and MAC layers, development of DOCSIS modems, R&D and team leader of various CPU architectures, full custom circuit design expertise on latest CPU technologies.
Mr. Meyuhas holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering combined with a certificate from the faculty of Management of Technology from the Tel-Aviv university, Israel. He did his mastery on optical communication systems. Mr. Meyuhas also holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion institute, Israel (Cum-Laude); and a B.A. in Physics from the Technion institute, Israel (Cum-Laude).


Shem-Tov Levi, Ph.D., Advisory Board

Dr. Shem-Tov Levi has thirty years of experience in design, development, implementation and deployment of large, complex, dependable systems, mainly for mission critical applications.
Dr. Levi is a Vice President in KLA-Tencor Corporation, and the General Manager of the Business Unit in which process systems are developed for the Semiconductor Industry.
He has been in the Aerospace Industry for about 20 years, in charge of large avionics programs in Israel Aircraft Industries (including inertial navigation systems, space systems, and missile defense systems).
Dr. Levi has extensive experience in satellite telecom industries, with worldwide activities (on RF and protocols), all based on his personal patents. Managed companies he founded at CEO and Chairman of the Board levels in the Netherlands, Germany, Bulgaria, and Israel.
Dr. Levi was a Division Manager at Etec USA (Mask Inspection) for about two years, in charge of developing the Aerial Imaging inspection for masks and delivering the first 193nm systems to the Mask Industry for Semiconductors.
Holds B.Sc. in Electronics (Israel) and Ph.D. in Computer Science (University of Maryland).
Main author of two books on Computer Science topics (Real Time Systems, Fault Tolerant Systems) published by McGraw Hill.


Michael Leigh, Advisory Board

Lance Glasser, Ph.D., Advisory Board

Dr. Lance Glasser is presently an industry consultant. At KLA-Tencor he held a variety of positions, including Chief Technical Officer, Group Vice President of the Wafer Inspection Group, and Vice President and General Manager of RAPID, the Reticle and Photomask Inspection Division.
Before joining KLA in 1996, he was Director of the Electronics Technology Office at DARPA. Before coming to DARPA as a Program Manager in 1989, he spent one year as a Visiting Senior Researcher at Hitachi Central Research Laboratories in Tokyo.
Dr. Glasser was a member of the faculty in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1980 until 1988. In addition to numerous articles and patents, he has written, with Dan Dobberpuhl, The Design and Analysis of VLSI Circuits. He is the 1986 recipient of the ASEE Frederick Emmons Terman Award.


Udi Benny, Bulgaria Manager

Mr. Yehuda Benny has more than 15 years of experience in company management, twelve of which are in the hi-tech industry, both in Israel and Bulgaria.
Mr. Benny is currently the CEO of FTS Global Bulgaria Ltd, a software company of more than 100 software engineers and programmers.
During the last eight years Mr. Benny has established and managed four hi-tech companies operating in various fields including: satellite, mobile and fixed line telecommunication; Blue Chips, packaging design and prototype production.
Mr. Benny holds a B.SC. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel- Aviv university.


Alexander G. Toshev, Ph.D., CTO, Bulgaria

Dr. Alexander Toshev has over 10 years of experience in the R&D of smart antenna terminals and phased array antennas, including antennas for satellites DBS reception and antennas for two-way satellite communications. He has led development teams in antenna design and signal processing, developing mass market products in satellite communications from an idea to a working product. He has taken a major role in the implementation and development of semiconductor mixed signal chips for smart phased array antennas.
Dr. Toshev holds M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.
